SECURE ONLINE PAYMENTS – To Protect Your Money

Secure Trading is the UK's leading independent internet Payment Service Provider (PSP). They have over 10 years’ experience processing secure online payments and are PCI DSS Level 1 accredited. This means that your online security is in the best of hands.

Transaction security

All transaction information passed between merchant sites and the Secure Trading VSP Systems is encrypted using 128-bit SSL certificates. No cardholder information is ever passed unencrypted and any messages sent to your servers from Secure Trading are signed using MD5 hashing to prevent tampering. You can be completely secure in the knowledge that nothing you pass to the Secure Trading servers can be examined, used or modified by any third parties attempting to gain access to sensitive information.



Encryption and Data Storage

Once on our systems, all sensitive data is secured using the same internationally recognised 256-bit encryption standards used by, among others, the US Government. The encryption keys are held on state-of-the-art, tamper proof systems in the same family as those used to secure VeriSign's Global Root certificate, making them all but impossible to extract. The data we hold is extremely secure.



Links to banks

Secure Trading has multiple private links into the banking network that are completely separate from the Internet and which do not cross any publicly accessible networks. Any cardholder information sent to the banks and any authorisation message coming back is secure and cannot be tampered with.



Employee access

No individuals within Secure Trading are able to decrypt transaction information or cardholder data. Our systems only allow access to our most senior staff and only in extenuating circumstances (such as investigations of Card Fraud by the Police). Your transaction information and customer card information is secure even from our own employees because our systems never display the full card numbers, even on administration screens.



Cards Accepted

We accept all major credit and debit cards including: Visa, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Switch, Maestro, Solo and American Express. For more information on Secure Trading visit: www.securetrading.com



Payments

All payments made to: Fortuna and Virtu Ltd.
Major credit cards accepted. Card must be registered at billing address. In the event card used is not matched with Billing Address we reserve the right to seek proof of cardholder's address. We will contact you accordingly.

Cards are debited at point order placed and accepted. Your Card will be invoiced in the name “Fortuna”, and a third party service provider – Secure Trading. This is obviously more discreet than our domain name.

PayPal. Payment must be made immediately order placed. In the event we have not received payment within 48 hours of order transaction, your order will not be accepted onto our system.

Bank Transfer by prior arrangement.
Payment must be made by close of Banking the following day that order is placed.

If sending cash, please ensure that it is sent guaranteed delivery.

Any personal details are held solely by Fortuna and Virtu Ltd and third party card facilitator from transactions – Secure Trading. Information is not sold or passed on to any other companies.



Cancelled Orders

A charge of 20% will be applied to an order, once accepted, if cancelled within stated delivery times. Orders are deemed to be accepted, when payment is made. We do not process any order as live, until payment received. This levy is to cover costs in administration and production incurred.
